Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to our error.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. For confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order once the return is accepted

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We aim to accept returns on most items. However, the following may not be eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: within 10 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
